Construction of a new health care facility on a tight site in Mangere with many existing services (telecoms, transformers, gas, drainage) having to be relocated or diverted as part of the initial enabling works.

An agreed design, building area analysis and preliminary cost planning was completed by DF Construction Services Limited to ensure matching with the client’s overall business plan.

New building envelope design and construction services must be "flexible" to attract a wide range of potential new tenants. DF Construction Services Limited managed user group meetings and design development with major anchor tenants.
