Construction of an eight theater cinema, dining lanes and restructuring of the existing exclusive retail tenancy.

This was a challenging project with a small construction schedule and required a very efficient start. A major change in the construction schedule was required as part of structural design "creep". The site management team used connections/relationships with subcontractors to make this agree on a quick schedule while ensuring that it will not result in any costs.

All operational requirements of the customer were met with DFICA received prior to practical completion. Construction was coordinated in, over, and around an existing shopping mall. Regular, clear communication and planning ensured that there was no disruption to mall operations.
